Contract Signing
The client (typically an eyewear brand or retailer) and the OEM manufacturer sign a contract outlining production quantities, specifications, design requirements, delivery times, quality standards, prices, and other crucial terms and conditions.
Design and Sample Production
The OEM manufacturer initiates the design work and produces preliminary eyewear samples, subject to client approval.
